Finding Dr. K was the biggest blessing in my life. From the first video meeting we had, I knew I wanted to work with her, and 4 months later, have had an immense improvement in my health - physically and emotionally.We discussed my various symptoms of indigestion, bloating, poor eating, poor elimination, hypothyroidism, high cholesterol, sluggish energy. I was curious in finding some Ayurvedic consultation in the US but could not find any sources. Then me and wife stumbled upon a lecture conducted by Vedacharya Dhanada Kulkarni which was arranged by cultural group. In the lecture Vedacharya Dhanada seemed very knowledgeable about Ayurveda and it was obvious that she had a passion for it.After the lecture me and my wife both signed up for a personal consultation. All the consultation was done via video chat and Dr. made some astute observations just by looking at us and digged into her experience to point out some items that we didn't even share with her. This was really reassuring that she knows her stuff. It also felt very personal and she was genuinely interested in our well being. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking for a holistic approach in healing and better health.
My wife made me visit Dr Kulkarni in Feb 2020 (pre-COVID19 era). I was skeptical at first but after meeting her and seeing her ingenuity and knowledge, I was impressed. Since, then it has been little over three months and my health has considerably improved. I have lost 19 lbs since February. I have migraine and she has helped me take care of myself and reduce their intensity to a good extent.Recently, I took the opportunity to join her for personal Yoga sessions. She does it in pure way by chanting shlokas like the asanas are supposed to be done. She introduced me to Yoga Nidra recently and it is relaxing and comforting.
